Learn to Skate is set up as a basic skills class, each classes lessons put the FUN in fundamentals as your skaters enjoy learning the basics of ice skating.  Prior to registration!!! All skaters are required to register with USFS. You will need to provide your Learn To Skate number when you register on our system. Please obtain this number from: https://www.learntoskateusa.com/registration

**New Skaters: Click on "Sign UP" and follow the steps to complete your registration.

**Returning skaters: click on "Log-In" in the upper right hand corner. Use current Learn to Skate number click "Forgot Password" if you do not know the password. Follow the steps to recover your password, then Finish registration.


Low and High Advanced Figure Skating: the Low Advanced class is designed for those skaters working on Pre-Preliminary through Intermediate moves in the field of Figure skating. The High Advanced class is for those skates who have passed intermediate moves in the field. Coaches will place skaters in classes that best meet their needs and will allow them the most success. All skaters are required to register with USFS. We get our membership through the Duluth Figure Skating Club. https://duluthfsc.org/shop/membership/  Register as a Home Club Non-Contracting member. Purposes and Functions of the Parks & Rec Department are to maintain the Miner's Memorial Building, City Parks and City owned Golf Course.  The Park and Rec Department also is responsible for trimming/caring of trees on and overhanging City Property.
